You will receive an email with the drop off time and instructions for surgery within 24 hours of submitting the form.
Please call us if you haven't received our confirmation email within 24 hours. 

**NOTE**
Pets must be at least 16 weeks and 4lbs, and no longer nursing in order to spay or neuter them.
All pets are required to be fully vaccinated AND on a prescription flea preventative to be seen at our clinic.
If you do not have proper proof of vaccines or if vaccines are expired,  you can vaccinate on the day of surgery.
Required Vaccines:
Dogs - DHPP / Bordetella / Rabies
Cats - FVRCP / FELV (must have test if never vaccinated) / Rabies 
Capstar ($20) is required for all pets if they are not on a prescription flea preventative.

A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is required upon scheduling your appointment. Scheduling your appointment and placing a deposit is your understanding that that deposit is non-refundable and holds your spot for the appointment. The $25 deposit will be applied to your overall neuter/spay costs.
